By submitting an entry to the Trusted Shelf Awards (“Awards”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
The Awards are open to companies, brands, or individuals producing consumer products in the categories listed on the submission form, including Food, Beverage, Supplements, Functional Beauty, and Pets.
Entries must comply with all local laws and regulations related to their product category.
Trusted Shelf reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or fail to meet category requirements.
Entrants must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about the product.
Product images, descriptions, and supporting materials must be original or properly licensed.
Entrants must acknowledge that product samples may be requested for judging. Sample shipping instructions will be provided after submission.
Each entry must be accompanied by the applicable entry fee (see Section 5).
All products are evaluated by a panel of independent judges. Judges’ decisions are final.
Products may be scored on: Taste & Sensory Experience, Ingredient Quality, Innovation, Presentation, and Shelf Impact, as outlined in the entry form.
Special awards (e.g., Innovation of the Year, Rising Star Brand, Brand Sustainability Award) are selected by the judging panel at their discretion.
Trusted Shelf reserves the right to modify, merge, or cancel categories at any time.
Entrants retain ownership of their products and content.
By submitting, entrants grant Trusted Shelf a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
Display product images and descriptions on the Awards website, social media, press releases, and marketing materials.
Use Award badges/logos for winners on their own marketing materials (with proper attribution).
Entrants are responsible for ensuring that submissions do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
Entry fees are charged per category and must be paid for the submission to be considered valid.
Payment is processed through Trusted Shelf’s payment provider (e.g., Square).
Entry fees are non-refundable except at the sole discretion of Trusted Shelf.
By entering, entrants consent to their company and product being publicly announced as part of the Awards.
Winners may be featured on Trusted Shelf websites, press releases, newsletters, and social media channels.
Entrants may use Award logos/badges in marketing only after official notification of winning and in accordance with branding guidelines provided by Trusted Shelf.
Trusted Shelf collects and processes entrant information for the purpose of administering the Awards.
Data will be used for communications regarding submissions, judging, awards announcements, and related marketing.
Trusted Shelf will not sell entrant data to third parties.
Trusted Shelf is not responsible for:
Delays or issues in shipping product samples.
Technical errors in submission or judging platforms.
Any decisions made by judges or third parties.
Entrants release Trusted Shelf from any claims arising from participation in the Awards or use of Award badges/logos.
Trusted Shelf reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Awards at any time for any reason.
Updates to these Terms & Conditions will be posted on the Awards website.
By submitting an entry, you confirm that you:
Have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions
Are authorized to submit on behalf of your company or brand
Understand that entries will be evaluated according to the outlined criteria and that judges’ decisions are final
